Take I-80 to Hwy 49 at Auburn.
Go north to Grass Valley.
Take the Empire Street Exit, turn
left at the stop light. 

Stay in the right lane, take the Mill Street (Fairgrounds) exit.

At the stop sign turn right onto Mill street.

Follow Mill street until it bears to the right onto McCourtney Road.

Sierra Nevada Home Care is approximately one-eighth of a mile up McCourtney Road on the right side.
